It is composed of 8 members elected by the assembly for a period of 3 years, renewable each year by thirds, responsible for administering the IAR STELLANTIS. It meets at least twice a year.

Its composition

 Since 2011, the IAR ex PSA has brought together 26 associations in France and 8 associations in Europe, bringing together nearly 13,000 members.
Each member association retains its full autonomy and management, and develops a privileged relationship with its affiliated site.
With the assistance of the Industrial and Human Resources Departments,
it continues prospecting in neighboring countries.

Any association of retirees or former employees from all Group sites adhering to the statutes
may join the IAR STELLANTIS
The Assembly composed of the Presidents or delegates of the member associations meets at least
once a year
